Swedish Massage  $45/hr    $65 1 1/2hrs

 

Is where I use long gliding strokes, kneading, and friction with light to medium pressure in the direction of the heart. It will give u better circulation, range of motion and relaxation.    

 

Deep Tissue Massage $50/hr   $75 1 1/2 hrs

 

Is where I use slower strokes with a deeper pressure. It helps release the more stubborn muscle tension in the deeper layers of your muscle tissue.

 

Hot Stone Therapy $80 1 1/2 hrs

 

Is where I use basalt stones to warm up the tissue so I can get into the deeper layers to deeper muscles. The stones keep heat so that it allows them to relax the tissue and helps with circulation and calms the nervous system.
